Clean Eating Chicken Stir-Fry (21 day fix)

This was so delicious and so good for you!

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped asparagus (I didn’t use these this time)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Mediterranean Seasoning

1. Heat oil in medium sized skillet over medium heat

2. Combine asparagus, pepper, carrots, broccoli, onions and Seasoning

3. Cook vegetables in skillet mixing frequently or until tender-crisp
